Beal Budgeting founder’s performance-based budgeting experience dates back to his days serving as Assistant Administrator for Finance at the City of Indianapolis under Mayor Steve Goldsmith, and includes advising nationally recognized leaders in performance-based budgeting and budget transparency such as Franklin County, Ohio (Columbus), the State of Iowa, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Additionally, Mr. Beal helped design the two leading public sector-focused performance-based budgeting software packages in the market.
